Monday Food Donations

Alhamdulillah.

Today, the Collective Work of Sisters, led by Zara Kandić, distributed meals and food to more than 280 people.

In Islam, helping others is among the deeds most beloved to Allah. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said that Allah continues to help His servant as long as His servant helps his brother or sister. Whoever feeds the hungry, gives water to the thirsty, or eases someone’s hardship, Allah opens for them the doors of His mercy, provision, and blessings.

We ask Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) to accept this effort from everyone who participated, to reward every donor, volunteer, and supporter, to increase them in blessings in their wealth, health, and families, and to make us among those who sincerely help others seeking only His pleasure.

Indeed, Allah never forgets even the smallest act of kindness. May He accept it from us all. Āmīn.
